It is our hope that the EFA office will keep people from
becoming homeless in the first place. We can offer one-time grants, every 12
months, without creating dependency. We can help with disconnected utilities,
eviction notices, and prescriptions.
In 2018 RAM provided $206,991 that helped 4,676 carefully screened
people who had received cut off notices for utilities; eviction notices for
their homes or needed life-saving medication that they could not afford.
This included 1,887 children who were provided with a continuing safe home.
Employment Counseling -
In 2018 RAM assisted 79 clients with birth certificates, I.D.s,
transportation to work, contacts, clothing/shoes, tools, etc.
